Gameplay is very simple even on expert but the worst part is that it crashes all the time . Wish I’d tried it before I bought it

Artifex Mundi is notorious for defective hint systems, and this game is no exception! If this is on purpose its disgusing that they cripple the game you paid for! Its not a bad game otherwise, BUT this REALLY BUGS ME!

I really liked this game. I didn’t have the problems that the others were having as my game did not crash. I thought the story was good, the puzzles were doable, the graphics were great and thank you so much for the map that made it much easier to move from place to place. I’d recommend this game.

Pros: - Interactive map that allows you to jump to active locations without trekking through the entire game board. A lot of hidden object games either don’t provide maps or when they do, they aren’t interactive so you have to constantly walk and check the map to get where you need to be. Once I’ve admired a hallway to get to the next place, I don’t feel that I should have to walk the same floors repeatedly. There’s only so much realism that you can strive for in an electronic game. Walking back and forth after having visited a place is just a cheat to make the game seem longer and boy, does it! But not in a good way. This game gets it right. -The hint button that not only works but provides useful info? Check. Well, except for one part and once I figured it out, I realized why the hint wasn’t so helpful. Other than that though, good use of hints. - No major glitches. With the exception of the bonus game not allowing you to close some windows using the X button, everything works as promised. The voicework is…interesting. I actually laughed out loud at some of the unexpected accents that popped up. Con: Some of the mini challenges don’t seem to relate to the actual mission and some are just downright silly and/or redundant. I didn’t feel like playing Tetris so I skipped those without any feeling of guilt; there was still more fun to be had though so I didn’t feel like it shortened the game over much. At the current price of $4.99, this game is perfect. It’s of medium length with the bonus chapter being expectedly shorter. Recommended for those days when you just want to turn off your brain and not try too hard. It’s just fun. I like that.

Didn’t like this one. Secret Order 2 was much better. I found this one boring.
